From first call
to shipped product.
I run a clear, collaborative process, no black boxes, no surprises. Here's exactly how I work from the moment we connect to the moment your product is live.
The six steps
Discovery
Before anything is designed, I need to understand. We start with a deep kickoff session, your business model, your users, your constraints, and the problem we're actually solving. I ask uncomfortable questions on purpose.
Research & Strategy
User interviews, competitor teardowns, and market mapping. I don't design from assumption, I build a clear picture of the space first. This phase defines the strategic foundation everything else is built on.
Concept & Wireframes
Low-fidelity explorations to lock in structure and flow before investing in visual design. Fast, iterative, and collaborative, you see the thinking before it becomes pixels. Feedback here is cheap. Later it isn't.
Visual Design
High-fidelity screens with a strong, consistent visual identity. I design with systems thinking from day one, every component is reusable, every decision is documented. No one-off screens that fall apart when you scale.
Prototyping & Testing
Interactive prototypes built in Figma for user testing and stakeholder presentations. I validate with real users before anything is handed off, so what gets built has already been proven to work.
Handoff & Support
Developer-ready Figma files with specs, assets, and documentation. I stay involved during build, available for questions, reviews, and adjustments to make sure the vision doesn't get lost in implementation.
Victor doesn't just design screens, he asks the questions that make you rethink the whole product. The process felt collaborative from day one.
Things people usually ask.
Most projects run 4–8 weeks depending on scope. A focused mobile app might take 5 weeks. A full platform with a design system could take 10–12. We'll agree on a timeline during discovery before any work begins.
Like how this sounds?
Most projects start with a 30-minute call. No pitch, no pressure, just a conversation about what you're building.
